Shower makeover
10 years after a shower makeover we found we were not happy with the look, or the amount of effort required to clean the shower. We evaluated several companies and were pleased with the sales presentation, the product options and previous reviews. We did have an unnecessary delay on the initial installation because there was a faulty measurement relating to the shower pan. However, the company reacted immediately by ordering the correct size pan and rescheduled our install within a couple of weeks. The installers were friendly and courteous. They took extra precautions to protect our floors and furniture during demolition and installation. Marcin and Alvin answered all of our questions and were very informative. We are very happy with the quality of the product. The finished project would be right at home in a showroom. Working with Becky on scheduling and follow-ups was a delight. She was very professional and responsive to our needs and schedule.

Outstanding customer service from beginning to end. Clint, Sergio and Mike were extremely professional in all aspects of their responsibilities. From demolition to installation their care and consideration exceeded my expectation. The finished product is fantastic!
Walk-in shower replacement
Becky, my contact person failed to tell the installer I required them to bring breakfast to do the installation, 😂. However, the install went very well, nice guys very good and thorough doing the installation and clean up was exceptional, a job well done.

Awesome Job
I had my bathroom tub replaced by a walk in shower. The workers Clint and Finn were amazing. They were friendly, hard working and organized.They showed up on time when they said they would and went straight to work. I am so happy with the way the shower turned out. Thank you so much guys, you’re amazing!!!!
Excellent experience!
Doug Cunningham was the salesman who came to my house and gave me many suggestions and choices for the products as well as details of the composition of the material. We talked through several options for design, and he was most helpful. The day of demolition Steve Caro and Austin arrived as scheduled and completely covered the area with drop cloths. These gentlemen were considerate, they called each morning to tell me exactly when they would arrive. They were very quiet, professional, pleasant, and did everything in a most efficient manner. They were helpful in suggesting placement of some of the hardware and shelves. Each night the work area was cleaned up and neat before they left. I am so pleased with the results and truthfully the results exceeded my expectations. The office staff is very responsive. Becky called and arranged for the best start date for my schedule and called the night before to tell me the crew would be there between 8:30 and 9:00 am in the morning. I would gladly recommend Luxury Bath to anyone thinking of a bathroom remodel.
