Phenomenal job!
Everything was so pleasant. Reggie's consultation was exceptional. He explained everything that I needed to know and Beyond. From the moment Angel and Edward entered my home I felt so comfortable and at ease. Angels expertise and professionalism could not have been any better. They worked so hard for 4 days and didn't miss a Beat. When angel had to break some bad news to me you would think he was telling a family member. He felt so bad that he found termite damage and the wood and insulation had to be repaired and replaced. He was so caring and courteous. My shower was different from the ordinary showers and certain things had to be done differently. He and Edward did everything perfectly. On the fourth day when he came out to ask if I wanted to see it I was so nervous because I didn't peek the whole time. When I entered the bathroom I burst into tears because I couldn't believe how beautiful and perfect my shower looked. The glass and the doors still have to be put on and if they do half the job that luxury bath did, my shower is going to look like a masterpiece. I recommend luxury bath so highly and so gla
Walk-in shower
This is the second house bathroom remodel project we have had done by Luxury Bath. Nothing but praise for the planning, installation and service. The installers,Steve and Austin, did a great job. They even tolerated are very friendly, large poodle, as he supervised the installation. I would recommend this company over and over again.
Honest Design Consultant
Lenny was our design consultant. He was very courteous and honest. He didn't try to sell us things we didn't need. He was very informative and explained clearly everything about our project. He was able to answer every question and he even helped us to make some very important decisions. It was a pleasure to have him in our home.
Guest bathroom looks larger.
My experience was 5 star! the Installers Steve and Austin were very professional and friendly. They called each morning to let me know their arrival time. The bathtub is gone and I now have a large shower with beautiful "polished concrete" acrylic walls. With the handrails It is safer for my senior visitors. The barn door style glass shower doors make this room appear larger. I am very pleased.
Exceptional Job
I contracted with Luxury Bath to do bathroom makeover. I was totally impressed with the professional job they did. The bathroom was finished on time as promised. When they finished they left job site immaculate. The two installers Steve and Austin answered every question I had and should be commended for there professionalism and dedication to there job. My 36 year old bathroom has caught up to the 2000s! My salesman, John, couldn’t have been nicer and helped in my choices. The installation went well, even after discovering that the dropped ceiling, which was removed, had electrical wires that required an electrician who came the same afternoon., at no extra charge. I can hardly wait to paint to see an entirely different bathroom!
Replacing my old outdated shower
This is my 2nd time working with Luxury Bath and this company is a pleasure to work with, starting with Mike our salesperson, to the office staff and finally the team that comes to do the install. Both of the installation teams I worked with were polite and professional. They worked neatly and efficiently let us know when they had to run out to get the supplies they needed to do the job. At the end of the day they cleaned everything up, not leaving a mess in my bathroom. We had a problem with the shower pan that was ordered, but Mike came out and looked at our issue and he was able to come with a resolution that got our project back on schedule. If you need a shower replaced or need to remove a tub and install a walk-in shower, this is the company you need to work with.

From the meeting with the Sales Rep. to the completion of the walk-in shower, everyone was respectful polite and professional. Our installer was a perfectionist. It not only shows in the finished product, but it showed with every step of the installation.
Honest and Helpful
Lenny came out to our home to do a consultation. He was very polite, professional, and engaging. He went into our bathroom to assess what they would do. He was quite honest with saying that we could go with his business or that we could go regrout our floors and apply some flexible waterproof silicone. We have some deliberating to do on our end, but if we do decide to go with Luxury bath we would ask for Lenny by name and have him help guide us through the process. He wasn't pushy on trying to make a sale.
