Responsibilities

• • Responsible for coordinating and completion of administrative tasks at our operations center
• • Assists with aspects of client interaction: Including answering phones, emails, showroom visits, product knowledge & integration, etc.
• • Assists the scheduling and confirmation of leads, service calls, and client appointments
• • Ensures lead and client information is monitored and up to date in the Company's CRM system
• • Daily support of on-site Management within the Operations and Accounting Departments
• • Process and follow up phone calls for collecting balances upon completion of projects
• • Occasionally participate with local shows and events
