Beautiful installation of bathtub, walls, and wainscoting. Clint and Shane did a great job and are very kind and respectful. I only had a couple of minor issues, but staff was sent out to immediately to remedy. I highly recommend Luxury Bath

Sergio and Gilbert were so professional!! They were very polite and did an excellent excellent job. They ran into a few challenges which they handled without hesitation or complaining. We want to say Thank you so much for the excellent job!! And we will refer them to our family and friends! 10 stars!!

The workers Larry and Pedro did a great job. The only thing my husband was a little concerned about where the “shark bites” they used in the wall. They were very respectful and cleaned up the worksite every day.

I’m so impressed with the team of Shane, Clint, and Marshall! Demo was done without making any mess. The guys were very professional and courteous. They were also very friendly and helpful. At the halfway point I was wondering if they would get it all finished but the results were outstanding! I love our new bathroom! It was beautifully designed and finished. I couldn’t be happier with the result. I highly recommend Luxury Baths for any remodeling! I’m amazed that they drove up to Orlando from Tampa each day. They were always on time and knew how much they could get done each day. They had me check their progress at each stage and pointed out how and why they would do improvements. The results were fabulous and we are very pleased with our new bathroom. And the price was half of my guess for the work. They aren’t big box store priced but you get what you pay for. The results speak for their quality and work ethic. If you want a beautiful remodel go with Luxury Baths! You won’t be disappointed!

Our salesman came to my house and gave me many suggestions and choices for the products as well as details of the composition of the material. We talked through several options for design, and he was most helpful. The day of demolition Steve Caro and Austin arrived as scheduled and completely covered the area with drop cloths. These gentlemen were considerate, they called each morning to tell me exactly when they would arrive. They were very quiet, professional, pleasant, and did everything in a most efficient manner. They were helpful in suggesting placement of some of the hardware and shelves. Each night the work area was cleaned up and neat before they left. I am so pleased with the results and truthfully the results exceeded my expectations. The office staff is very responsive. Becky called and arranged for the best start date for my schedule and called the night before to tell me the crew would be there between 8:30 and 9:00 am in the morning. I would gladly recommend Luxury Bath to anyone thinking of a bathroom remodel.

10 years after a shower makeover we found we were not happy with the look, or the amount of effort required to clean the shower. We evaluated several companies and were pleased with the sales presentation, the product options and previous reviews. We did have an unnecessary delay on the initial installation because there was a faulty measurement relating to the shower pan. However, the company reacted immediately by ordering the correct size pan and rescheduled our install within a couple of weeks. The installers were friendly and courteous. They took extra precautions to protect our floors and furniture during demolition and installation. Marcin and Alvin answered all of our questions and were very informative. We are very happy with the quality of the product. The finished project would be right at home in a showroom. Working with Becky on scheduling and follow-ups was a delight. She was very professional and responsive to our needs and schedule.

I wouldn't feel right if I didn't mention all the guys that made this possible. Angel, Alvin, Jason, Desmond & Steve. They did a fantastic job!! I am so happy. I will recommend Luxury Bath to everyone.

Outstanding customer service from beginning to end. Clint, Sergio and Mike were extremely professional in all aspects of their responsibilities. From demolition to installation their care and consideration exceeded my expectation. The finished product is fantastic!

They did what they said they would so and did it professionally. Special kudos to the installers Gabriel and Sergio who were very professional and kept us apprised of the work they were doing. Our Luxury bathroom is beautiful! Logan, our sales representative, explained many options and gave us several ideas. Our installer, Trevor, is an extraordinary individual, very capable, diligent and motivated! The Company worked with us regarding our scheduling issues and completely accommodated us in every way. Our master bathroom was completely remodeled in a timely fashion. It certainly matches the company’s title— it is a Luxury bath!

We had our tub enclosure replaced with a shower enclosure and we couldn't be more satisfied!. Gabriel and Sergio were amazing! They did a fantastic job and their work ethic was top notch. If we decide to redo the master bathroom, we are going to specifically ask for Gabriel and Sergio. You won't find a more hard working, experienced team than these two gentlemen!
